I __________________________________,
renter, offer and agree to rent from Aurea Peschiera, owner
of a vacation condominium at
Pavilion Palms unit 205 B for the period commencing at
4.00 P.M
on_____________arrival, and end
at 10.00 A.M on____________, departure.
I agree to pay rent of $_______________ per week or
$__________________per day for a 3 BR/3BTH condominium
11% FLORIDA TAXES NOT INCLUDED.
The following terms and
conditions apply :
1.-a). My deposit of $350.00
will reserve my desired dates, and serve as a damage deposit,
which will be returned promptly after my stay. The rent is
due in full 15 days before the rental starts, after which you
will receive the keys and directions to the condominium. (b)
If this agreement is cancelled 30 days or more before your
arrival date, your deposit will be returned less a $ 50.00
fee.
If this agreement is
cancelled 29 days or less before your arrival date, your
deposit will be forfeited.
2.- This is a non smoking
unit
3.- Pets are not permitted. (Sorry, no exceptions)
4.- No rentals will be made for persons under the age of 25
years of age. Any reservation made under false pretenses will
be subject to forfeiture of advance payments of rent and
deposit and the party will not be permitted to check in.
5.- The max. number of guests in this unit is limited to
8(EIGHT). If maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will be asked
to vacate the property and you will forfeit any rental
payments.
6.- Owner will furnish all linens and pay utilities including
only local phone calls.
7.- My
party and I will maintain the property in as good as a state
as found and I agree to replace or pay for any incurred
expenses, loss, breakage with part,all,or additional damage
deposit to the entire satisfaction of the owner.
When signed by the renter and
Aurea Peschiera
(Owner) this shall constitute a Rental Contract.
